POPPi Tablets Recommended Use

POPPi’s 75 milligram tablets are convenient, precisely dosed, and easy to use! They do not require water, so you can take them whenever you want support.

Begin with a low dosage to establish tolerance. 

Chew ¼ or of a tablet or let it fully dissolve under your tongue, then swallow.

Expect to feel effects within 30-90 minutes after ingestion. These effects can last for 5 - 7 hours, with the peak at 2 - 4 hours. However, mild effects may last into the following day.

Consuming food with 7OH may delay the onset of effects.

Remember to test out dosages at a slow pace until you know your preferred dose.

Do not exceed one whole tablet in a 24 hour period.
