1. SHIPPING
- We ship orders the same day if ordered by 2pm CST Monday-Friday. We believe that provides superior customer service.
- If you either earned free shipping or selected USPS First Class Shipping, it is estimated to take between 4-6 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). It can take longer depending on USPS performance. We have no control over this and encourage our customers to select priority mail shipping. Contacting us will not speed up delivery.
- USPS Priority Mail is estimated to be 2-4 business days, depending on distance and USPS performance. Once again, this is not guaranteed and we are unable to influence this once it's shipped.
- USPS Priority Mail Express for existing, logged-in customers is guaranteed by the USPS for delivery in 1-2 business days (except AK and HI) by the USPS. If this guarantee is not met please contact us for a shipping refund of the difference between the Express Charge and First Class Mail charge.
Shipping delivery time varies depending on the method, destination, and shipping provider. We DO NOT guarantee the shipping provider will deliver your order within these delivery speeds.
2. ORDER TRACKING
After your order has been fulfilled you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please keep in mind the tracking information typically does not update and will not show any information for up to 24-48 hours until the shipping provider has scanned your package. Many times the shipping providers may not scan your package properly unfortunately, but if you have tracking then it has been shipped.
3. INCORRECT ADDRESS
If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, is marked as "unclaimed" or "return to sender", or has been deemed as undeliverable for any reason by the shipping provider, we will notify you by email or sms message.
Once the package has been delivered back to us we will process a new shipment to the proper address or process a refund, minus the cost of shipping. Please see our refund policy for further information on refunds.
Be sure to provide and double check the correct address at checkout. We are not responsible if your order is delivered to the wrong address. If you accidentally order using the wrong address and your order has yet to ship, please contact us immediately so we can cancel or update the shipping information. If the order has already shipped, please submit a package intercept request to the relevant shipping provider for your order immediately.

4. LOST & STOLEN PACKAGES
- Check anywhere at the delivery address where the package may have been hidden by the shipping provider.
- Check with your neighbors to see if they may have received the package.
5. INCORRECT & DAMAGED ORDERS
While we do try our best, we're all humans who make mistakes! Don't, we will get you taken care of! Just Contact Us and we will make it right.
