- If you earned free shipping or selected Standard Ground, it is estimated to take between 4-6 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). We have no control over this. Contacting us will not speed up delivery.
- Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number. If you haven't received it, check your spam folder.

I placed an order and didn’t receive confirmation or tracking information.
If you didn’t receive an order confirmation or tracking information the email may have ended up in your spam folder. support@golddragonkratom.com as a safe sender will help prevent that in the future. You can also access your order history and tracking information in your Gold Dragon account under “Orders”.
How long will it take to get my package?

Return Policy
You may return most unopened products in original packaging within 30 days from the date in which the order was placed, for a refund of the purchase price. Only qualified, unopened, unused items that are in the original packaging may be returned for a refund. Kratom powder and some other specific products may not be returned for safety reasons.
Do you ship outside of the US?
At this time, no, we do not ship outside of the US.
