  • ‍We ship orders the same day if ordered by 2pm CST Monday-Friday. We believe in providing superior customer service.
  • If you earned free shipping or selected USPS First Class Shipping, it is estimated to take between 4-6 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). It can take longer depending on USPS performance. We have no control over this and encourage our customers to select priority mail shipping. Contacting us will not speed up delivery.

USPS Priority Mail is estimated to be 2-4 business days, depending on distance and USPS performance. Once again, this is not a guarantee and we aren’t able to influence this once it's shipped.

I placed an order and didn’t receive confirmation or tracking information.

If you didn’t receive an order confirmation or tracking information the email may have ended up in your spam folder. support@golddragonkratom.com as a safe sender will help prevent that in the future. You can also access your order history and tracking information in your Gold Dragon account under “Orders”.

Return Policy

You can return most unopened products in original packaging within 30 days from the date in which the order was placed for a refund of the purchase price. Only qualified, unopened, unused items that are in the original packaging may be returned for a refund. Some other specific products may not be returned for safety reasons.

Do you ship outside of the US?

At this time, no, we do not ship outside of the US.
