HOW TO USE 7-OH TABLETS

If you are a new user or new to this product, start with a lower dosage to establish tolerance. 

Chew the tablet or let it fully dissolve under your tongue, then swallow.

Approx. 2 servings per tablet (8 servings per package).

Generally, you should expect to feel effects within 30-90 minutes after ingestion. These effects can last for 5 - 7 hours, with the peak at 2 - 4 hours. However, mild effects may last into the following day.
