How to Use Golden Monk Kratom Powder
New users should start with a low dosage to establish tolerance.

- Prepare your kratom dose in a tea strainer or coffee filter
- Boil a small pot of water. Any amount that you want for your drink is fine. The less water you use, the more the kratom flavor may be prevalent.
- Once it begins to boil, remove from the burner and let it cool for a couple minutes. Very hot temperatures can deplete the alkaloids.

“Toss and Wash” Method
