1. Shake the shot bottle well.
2. While you can drink directly from the bottle, we recommend pouring a small dose into another beverage, such as orange juice or tea, before consuming. This may give you more control over your dose.

Expect to feel effects within 5 - 10 minutes after ingestion. These effects can last for 5 - 7 hours, with the peak at 2 - 4 hours. However, mild effects may last into the following day.

New users should start with a low dosage (1/2 of a serving) to establish tolerance.
