"I’ve used Just Kratom Red Maeng Da daily for years (typically 1/4–1/2 teaspoon mixed into green tea). Consistently effective at lifting the motivational lag that comes with low mood — reliably helps me get started on days when I need a push. It also helps with energy, and has been very helpful for my spinal pain and for reducing the severity/frequency of migraines. On those merits the product is solid: pleasant grind, easy to mix, and a predictable onset when it’s performing as expected. Recent change: the product appears to have been reformulated without prior notice. Since the switch I’ve noticed a modest drop in potency and a shorter duration of effect — the new formulation diminishes how long it stays effective in my system. Customer service was slow to acknowledge or explain the reformulation, which was disappointing given how routine my use is.
